Dr. Rosie Lacivita has been taking care of my family's dental health since 2012 and we could not be happier. Dr. Lacivita is professional, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. Her Holland Landing office is state-of-the-art and is run very efficiently. We've never had to wait. When my son was suffering from jaw pain, Dr. Lacivita stayed after hours to see him. This is a true testament to how wonderful she is and how much she cares about her patients. She has a sparkling personality, a great sense of humour and loves kids! Not sure how many children like going to the dentist ...but mine do! I highly recommend Dr. Rosie Lacivita.
I am, as Dental Works is, a member of the East Gwillimbury Chamber of Commerce where i first met Dr. Rosie. She is a caring, friendly, professional and thorough dentist. Carol, her assistant, is also very congenial. Both Dr. Rosie and Carol took the time to get to know me explaining the procedure before getting started. The office is clean and modern. I was very pleased when I arrived early I asked if there was WiFi for my iPad. There is and it helped me pass the time while I waited. Further, I am a senior and I do not have dental insurance. I asked for an estimate of her fee to do the necessary work. When the work was completed and the bill was presented her fee was less than the estimate. Dr. Rosie is very considerate and gentle, explaining what she was doing, while working on the removal of my tooth. Finally, her taking the time to explain in detail and in writing post treatment for the care of where my tooth was after i leave her office meant a lot to me.
My husband and I have been going to Dental Works since it opened in 2012. We love the fun and friendly atmosphere and feel confident knowing we are always in good hands. Dr. Rosie always listens to our concerns and takes time to ensure we have a positive experience. Even though we now live in Kingston, we continue to use Dr. Rosie as our family dentist -- we make our appointments for when we are in the GTA visiting family, and Dr. Rosie always finds time to accommodate us.
